"Hello! I am a licensed massage therapist for 20+ years. I studied at the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy and received my certification as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist in 1999. I was the lead therapist for 8 years at Charles Grayson Salon and Spa and have been at Carolina Sports Clinic for over a decade now. I provide many modalities and treatments like Thai, Sports, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Active Release Technique, and more in order to aid one's body and help one achieve peak performance!"

I am a licensed Massage Therapist with expertise in Deep Tissue, IASTM, and Reiki. My focus is on delivering bodywork that supports muscle recovery, relaxation, and enhances the mind-body connection for overall well-being. With specialized skills in Deep Tissue, TrP Therapy, Cupping, Reiki, Relaxation, and Stress Relief techniques, I strive to create a harmonious healing experience tailored to each individual's needs.
